Ramon's Crab and Shrimp Casserole

Ingredients:
- 1/4 c Butter
- 1/2 c Finely chopped Onion
- 2/3 c Finely chopped Green Bell
- -Pepper
- 3 Cloves Garlic, finely
- -chopped
- 1 cn (10.75 oz) Cream of Mushroom
- -Soup
- 1 c Cooked Crab Meat
- 1 c Cooked Shrimp
- 3 c Cooked Rice
- 1 Jar (2 oz) chopped
- -Pimientos, drained
- 1/4 c Finely chopped Italian
- -Parsley
- 2 ts "Louisiana" Cajun Seasoning
- 1/2 ts "Frank's" Louisiana Cayenne
- -Red Hot Sauce
- 1/2 c Breadcrumbs
Instructions:
A) Start the rice.
B) Saute' onion, green pepper, celery, and garlic until limp.
C) Add soup and stir well.
D) Add crab meat, shrimp, hot rice, pimientos, and parsley. Mix well.
E) Pour into greased casserole dish and top with breadcrumbs.
F) Bake 20 minutes in pre-heated 400 degree oven.
