Ramon's Salsa Casera

Ingredients:
- 1 White Onion, cut into 1/8
- -inch dice
- 6 Plum Tomatoes, cut into 1/4
- -inch dice
- 2 lg Serrano Chiles, cut into 1/8
- -inch dice
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1/4 c Fresh Cilantro Leaves,
- -chopped
- 1 ts Sugar
- 1/4 c Tecate Beer
- 2 Mexican Limes, juiced
- 2 ts Kosher Salt
Instructions:
A) Place the chopped Onions in a strainer, rinse with hot tap water, and
drain.
B) Combine all ingredients, except Salt, no more than 1 Hour before
serving. Mix well. Chill 30-60 minutes.
C) Add Salt when serving. Serve with Tortilla Chips, Lime Wedges, and Iced
Cold Tecate.
