Red and Green Tomato Pie

Ingredients:
- 1 Unbaked 9-inch pie shell
- Undiluted evaporated milk
- 4 c Sliced red and green
- -tomatoes
- 1 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/8 ts Pepper
- 1/3 c Mayonnaise
- 1/3 c Grated parmesan cheese
- 1 Garlic clove; minced
Instructions:
Line pie pan with pastry rolled 1/8-inch thick, crimp edges, and brush
shell with evaporated milk. Bake in preheated 450` oven for 5 minutes. Fill
shell with tomatoes, and sprinkle with the salt and pepper.
Mix remaining ingredients, and spread on tomatoes. Bake in a preheated
350` oven for 40 minutes, or until tomatoes are done. Makes 6 servings.
