Red Cabbage 'n Apples

Ingredients:
- 1/4 c Margarine
- 1/3 c ReaLemon lemon juice
- 1/4 c Firmly packed light brown
- -sugar
- 1/4 c Water
- 1/2 ts Caraway seeds
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 4 c Shredded red cabbage
- 2 md All-purpose apples; cored &
- -coarsely cho
Instructions:
In large saucepan, melt margarine; stir in lemon juice, sugar, water,
caraway and salt. Add cabbage and apples; bring to a boil, reduce heat;
cover and simmer 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
