Recipe by: Fannie Farmer Preheat oven to 400F. Put the fillets in a lightly
buttered baking dish. Sprinkle them lightly with salt and pepper and
nutmeg and distribute the grated rinds on top. Cover with foil and bake 15
minutes.
1 1/2 lb Red snapper fillets
Salt
Freshly ground pepper
Freshly grated nutmeg
1 1/2 ts Grated orange rind
1 ts Grated grapefruit rind or
A combination of lemon and
