Rice Fruit Crisp

Ingredients:
- 2 c Cooked brown rice
- 1 c Packed brown sugar
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 6 tb Magarine
- 1 cn Pie filling; any flavor -or-
- 4 c Sliced fresh apples;
- -peaches, or pears
- 1 tb Lemon juice
- 1/2 ts Cinnamon
- 3/4 c Flour
Instructions:
Combine rice, pie filling or fruit, lemon juice, 1/2 cup brown sugar,
cinnamon and salt in greased, shallow baking dish. Mix flour and remaining
brown sugar. Cut in margarine until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over
rice-fruit mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve warm. Serves
8-10.
