Roquefort Cheese Ball

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lb Roquefort, room temp
- 1 lb Cream cheese, room temp
- 1/2 lb Butter, room temp
- Cognac to taste
- Pecans, crush
Instructions:
Process all but nuts. Divide in half. Roll in foil. Refrigerate until
workable. Roll in nuts.
