Rosemary Focaccia

Ingredients:

- 1/2 lb Frozen pizza or bread dough;
- -thaw
- 1 1/2 tb Oil
- 1 tb Fresh rosemary; chop, or 1
- -teaspoon dried, crumble
- 1/4 ts Cracked black pepper
- 1/4 ts Coarse salt
- 1/2 c Roasted red peppers; dice
Instructions:
Combine oil, rosemary, salt and pepper. Roll dough into 10" circle; place
on grill. Cook, covered, 2 minutes. Turn crust; brush with oil mixture and
sprinkle with 1/3 c red peppers. Continue grilling until dough is cooked
through and golden on bottom, 5 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before
