Salad W/ Italian Dressing

Ingredients:

Select seasonally available
-salad greens

Instructions:
------------------------------ITALIAN DRESSING------------------------------
1/8 ts Thyme
1/8 ts Cumin
1/4 ts Oregano
1/4 ts Sweet basil
2 Cloves garlic
1 pn Each of: nutmeg; curry,
-rosemary; & dry mustard
2 tb Catsup
1/2 c Mayonnaise
1/3 c Red wine vinegar
2/3 c Salad oil

SALAD: Wash, dry & crisp the salad green in the refrigerator. Serve w/
ITALIAN DRESSING. DRESSING: Combine ingredients and blend until well mixed.
Serve on or with tossed salad.
