Salmon with Pesto Sauce

Ingredients:
- 1 c Fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 c Pine nuts
- 1 c Freshly grated Parmesan
- Cheese
- 3 Peeled garlic cloves
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 6 tb Olive or vegetable oil
- 8 Salmon fillets
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients (except fillets) in blender; blend briefly.
Broil fish about 4" from heat 6-8 minutes per side, depending on
thickness. Serve on heated platter; pass Pesto Sauce to spoon over
broiled fish.
