In a kettle put olive oil, garlic, parsley, pepper and oregano. Heat
together 2 minutes; then add shrimp. Cover pot and steam shrimp over
moderate heat until done (about 5 minutes). Serve shrimp on platter with
cooking liquid poured over them. Serves 3.
