Combine butter, honey, parsley & lemon rind; brush 1/2 of mixture on
lamb. Broil chops 3-4" from heat for 5-7 minutes. Turn & brush with
remaining honey mixture; broil 5-7 minutes longer. NOTE: Scotch chop
is breast of lamb, stuffed with ground lamb & sliced.
1/4 c Melted butter
2 tb Honey
1 tb Minced parsley
1 tb Grated lemon rind
4 Scotch lamb chops
