Sea Legs Summer Salad

Ingredients:
- 5 tb Mayonnaise
- 1/4 ts Curry powder
- 1 ts Lemon juice
- 1 ds Cayenne pepper
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 1/2 lb Sea Legs Crabmeat Blend
- 3/4 c Thawed frozen peas
- 1/2 c Thinly sliced celery
- 1/4 c Chopped green onions
- 1/3 c Dry roasted peanuts or
- Cashews
- 1 1/2 c Shredded red cabbage
- Mandarin oranges
Instructions:
In med bowl combine mayo, curry, lemon juice, cayenne & salt. Toss
with crabmeat, peas, celery, green onions & nuts. Cover; refrigerate
to blend flavors. Serve on shredded cabbage & garnish with oranges.
