Seafood Casserole #1

Ingredients:
- 3 tb Flour
- 3 tb Melted butter
- 1 c Milk
- 1/2 c White wine
- 1/2 c Sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 tb Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 lb Cooked crab meat
- 1 pk Lobster tails; cooked
- 1 lb Shrimp; cooked
Instructions:
Mix flour & butter in pan & gradually add milk, cooking until thick. Slowly
blend in wine, grated cheese & Worcestershire. Cook until cheese is melted.
Add remaining ingredients. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes. Serves
4-6.
