Seafood Casserole #2

Ingredients:
- 3 tb Butter
- 3 tb Flour
- 1 1/2 c Milk
- 1 ts Salt
- 1 tb Parsley
- 1 tb Sherry
- 1 cn Crab meat
- 1 cn Shrimp
- 1 cn Lobster
- 1 cn Mushrooms
Instructions:
Prepare white sauce using the butter, flour, milk, salt, parsley & sherry.
Add cans of seafood & simmer 10 minutes. Pour into greased casserole. Bake
uncovered at 350 for 20 minutes. May be served over rice. 4-5 servings.
