Seafood Marinara

Ingredients:
- 2 lb Fresh fish or seafood (one
- Or a combination)
- 2 tb Olive oil
- 1 md Chopped onion
- 3 Pressed garlic cloves
- 3/4 ts Salt
- 1 tb Soft bread crumbs
- 1 sm Chopped tomato
- 1/2 c Minced parsley
- 1/2 c Dry sherry
- 1/2 c Water
Instructions:
Saute' fish or shellfish in olive oil over med heat, just until
delicately browned. As soon as fish has started to brown, add onion,
garlic, salt & bread crumbs; cook 1 minute. Add tomatoes & parsley;
lower heat & simmer 3 minutes. Add sherry & water; simmer,
uncovered, 3 minutes longer. Serve alone or spoon over hot rice.
