Breakfast Burritos Recipe

 Ingredients List

  • 1 pound bacon
  • 10 eggs
  • 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
  • 8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 10 (10 inch) flour tortillas
  • salsa

 Directions

1. Place the bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, and set aside.

2. Wrap the tortillas in aluminium foil and warm in the oven.

3. Grease a skillet and fry the eggs in it until firm. At the same time, heat the refried beans in a small sauce pan.

4. Top each tortilla with an equal amount of the refried beans, two strips of bacon, 1 egg and a little cheese. Roll tortillas into burritos. Serve warm with salsa on the side.
