Mum's Classic Hot Chilli Pickle

 Ingredients List

  • 2 kg Green chillies
  • 1/2 kg Mustard seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 kg Garlic
  • 1 kg Oil

 Directions

Grind mustard seeds in grinder.

Add ground mustard seeds with garlic in blender and blend.

Wash chillies and cut into pieces.

Mix together with garlic & mustard seed paste. Add salt to taste. Finally
pour oil over it and store away.
