Overnight Oats Apple Nut Crumble

 Ingredients List

  • ½ banana, mashed
  • 40 gr (or ½ cup) rolled oats
  • 200 ml (or 1 cup) almond milk, unsweetened
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½-1 apple, diced
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • handfull of mixed raw nuts (like almonds, macadamias or pecans), chopped
  • handfull of dried cranberries (or raisins)

 Directions

1. In a small bowl, add banana, oats, almond milk and cinnamon.

2. Cover and put in the fridge overnight.

3. In the morning, eat the overnight oats cold or warm it up (that's what I do) and top with apple, chopped nuts, almond butter and cranberries/raisins.

4. Enjoy the rest of your day!
