Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie Recipe

 Ingredients List

  • ½ cup fat-free milk
  • ½ cup fat-free plain yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp creamy natural unsalted peanut butter
  • ¼ very ripe banana
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 4 ice cubes

 Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve.
