Party Punch

Dissolve sugar in water. Add frozen juices. Mix well. Add ginger ale & club soda about 15-20 minutes before serving. Add food color to accommodate color scheme. Makes a sparkling beverage that has been well-received. Serves 25.

Shortly before serving combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Add to fountain immediately. When using a fountain, one doesn't use a punch with pieces of fruit in it or ice cream/sherbet floated in it. Anything other than a straight liquid mixture tends to stop up the tubing and pump.

Boil first three ingredients with 1/2 cup of water for 5 minutes. Remove lemon slices, any seeds, and cinnamon sticks. Heat the remaining ingredients until very warm. Do not boil! Combine with the syrup and serve very warm.

Tint pineapple (with liquid) with 4 drops of the food color. Mix lemonade concentrate, juices and pineapple. Tint with remaining food color; pour on ice cubes in punch bowl. Just before serving, stir in beer. About 52 servings (1/2 cup each).
